I value the positive work environment at wtronic. Further training is promoted, which I have personally taken advantage of twice already. The possibility to integrate your own ideas into the processes, the collegiality and lines of open communication with your superiors are superb.
At wtronic, the on-the-job training is very carefully carried out. In a solution that is uniquely tailored to my personal situation, I can work on-site until 13:00 o’clock, then continue remotely. I appreciate the familial atmosphere, the open minded error culture and the open appreciation and promotion of further training.
The thing I like most at wtronic is the familial atmosphere, here interpersonal relationships are highly valued. In my position I appreciate the high degree of autonomy I have over my workload. Each client and each order are unique, making the work exceptionally varied.
My role requires organizational skills, social aptitude and a wealth of experience to draw from, since the tasks one needs to fulfill vary broadly. However, that is exactly what makes it interesting and diverse. The personalized service, quality and commitment to customer support are of the highest degree. Within our team everyone is on equal footing, and more than that we value one another.
The team is good and the work is fulfilling. Everyone has the opportunity for further training and development. One thing I appreciate especially is the possibility of autonomous work. Even though every now and then the support of superiors is required, I highly value the independence for the day-to-day workload.
Here we have a good team, the job is fun and there are countless possibilities for further training. The work never gets monotone and there is always something to keep you busy. Most importantly, however, one can take charge and work independently, without having to get someone’s blessing for every minute little thing.
